i ordered three items,they arrived slow but they did arrive. everything was too big.
went to the returns page on their site only to have a screen pop up that said"oops something must have gone wrong try again later" later i tried.several times over several days i tried. nope.same screen.called customer service and the second i asked for an RMA# i was hung up on!! there is no address anywhere on their site. i tried the contact us screen,filled in all of the info and my question,hit submit but guess what!?
it doesnt submit it!! i will be filing a report with the better buisiness bureau
