On April 29th I purchased two items from Modells's website and I didn't receive my packages that were supposed to be delivered in 5 business days. I checked the Tracking Number of my order and FedEx's website shows it was delivered.

So far I don't have neither what I purchased nor a refund. What a shame on Modells!

It has already been more than fifteen days from my purchase and I still did not get my refund as offered by Mrs. Kaitlin Patterson - Modells' Customer Service Representative by e-mail.

I wrote her three e-mails, and so far no response.

Such a huge disrespect with customers.

This was my first and surely my last business with this company.

I really do not understand how a business can be successful acting like this.
