Worst experience with a company im doing first time purchase from, also customer care is failing soo soo bad. Havent got thru to them, i have contacted these people 2 days prior to their promise to reply back within a 24 hour period, i havent recieved any email from them yet, so today ive spent time trying to contact them on their telephone contact but got stuck listening to a machine voice, i was very skeptical of sites like these that doesnt offer pay pal but we needed a bag for my friend asap.... this far im very very dissappointed with Modells Sporting Goods Customer Care, I just want my money back.
